What do I get ?
You get 2 telephone numbers. One to accept voice on, and the other for faxes. You will also be given two call management numbers (07020) which will enable you to setup your diverts so that your numbers divert to the location of your choice, or you can change the diverts via our WEB interface.

What can I do with the Personal Numbers ?
You can do all of the following:-

1. Divert to your UK home phone
2. Divert to your UK office phone
3. Divert to your UK mobile phone
4. Divert to voicemail (which will send voicemail to your chosen email address to anywhere in the world!)
5. Divert to faxmail (which will send faxes to your chosen email address to anywhere in the world!)

Or if you don't want to use the 2nd number for faxes, use it for another voice number. All of the above is totally free!

What's the catch ? What do I pay ?
There's no catch! You pay nothing. People pay a mobile rate to call you on your 07050 personal number, you then divert this to the number of your choice. We receive no revenue for this service, it costs us nothing, so we pass the saving onto you! Our Telecommunications company will make a small margin on the price of the call from the caller, but this is achieved through internal channels within the telecommunications network, hence why the cost of the call is slightly more than calling a normal land line.

What do people pay to call me ?
They pay BT's K Rate which is 31ppm peak, 21.3ppm off peak, 10.6ppm weekends. Approximately the same price as calling a mobile phone. The difference being, you can divert these numbers to wherever you like and still keep in touch. If you do not want to be disturbed, divert to voice mail. To call the 07020 call management number so that you can setup your phone numbers to divert to a new number, or to pick up voicemail. It will cost you BT's D Rate 14.22ppm peak, 8.33ppm off peak and weekends.

How long does it take to setup my two telephone numbers ?
Once an the form has been filled out, it will take a matter of minutes to complete your order and activate your numbers.  You will be sent a confirmation email telling you that your numbers have been setup correctly.

Don't you provide the traditional 07050 numbers ?
Sorry, we can no longer provide the old numbers that diverted to a voicemail box for you to dial into over a telephone. The new Personal Numbers are much more better, and you can configure them over the internet.
